Growing kids often get hungry between meals. Snack time is a great opportunity to sneak some extra nutrients into your child’s diet. Snacks can often be a big part of your child’s diet, so it’s important that most of the snacks you give him or her are ones you feel good about. Children can be a fussy lot, especially when it concerns food matters. Nutrition is the last thing on their mind as all they want is a tasty snack after a long and tiring day at school.
