This process can be repeated as often as needed. You should not swallow the salt water; you should only swish it in your mouth like mouthwash. Do it again and again for some minutes and then spit it out. After spitting it out, you should take another sip of the salt water and swish for some more minutes before spitting it out.

  1. Garlic:
