If you feel it is sticky, put few drops of honey on a gauze bandage and put it on the burned area directly. Change the bandage every three to four hours.

4. Rinse The Burn:

The first and the foremost thing you should do when you get a burn is rinse. Hold your burned hand under cold running water for 10-15 minutes until the pain stops. If cold running water is not available, immerse your hand in cold water. The cool water lowers the skin temperature and reduces initial burning sensation. Never apply ice directly on the burn as it may damage the tissues further

5. Milk:

Yes, milk is very effective for treating your burn. Soak the burned area of your hand in milk for 15 minutes or so. For more effectiveness, immerse a clean cloth in milk and put it on your hand covering the burned portion. Repeat it every couple of hours. You get a lot of relief from pain.

6. Egg White:

Take the egg white from one or two eggs. After washing your burned hand, coat it with egg white and allow it dry. When it dries up, apply fresh layer of egg white. It fastens the healing process and prevents scarring also.

7. Bitter Gourd:

• Bunch of bitter guard leaves.
• Water

1. Clean the leaves thoroughly and grind them with water in a blender or mortar.
2. Spread this on the affected area.
3. Leave it on for 20 minutes before washing it off.

These leaves have medicinal properties that soothes the sensation.
Tip: Applying this twice a week will be fine.

8. Make use of ice water:

Another thing that can be tried to remove the heat on the fingers is to soak the finger into ice water. Soaked with warm water. In addition to ice water, another way that can be tried also by using warm water. Using warm water is also effective to relieve heat on the fingers.

9. Using olive oil:

Another alternative that can be tried to relieve heat on the fingers is also by using olive oil. The trick is also very easy, just apply olive oil on the part that feels hot.
These ways will be very effective to overcome the heat on the fingers. Usually hot on the fingers occurs after we touch something. But sometimes the heat in the fingers of this hand appears to indicate there is a problem in our bodies. Of course the condition that is mention can be signified as the removal of the body heat.
