Back pain includes lower back pain, middle back pain, upper back pain or low back pain with sciatica.Back pain symptoms may be relived with pain medication or pain killer.
Most people have experienced back pain sometime in their lives. Problems with any of these components can lead to back pain. In some cases of back pain, its cause remains unclear.

Back pain commonly stems from strain, tension or injury.

Frequent causes of back pain are:

  • Strained muscles or ligaments
  • A muscle spasm
  • Sports injuries
  • Muscle tension
  • Muscle strain
  • Damaged disks
  • Bending awkwardly or for long periods
  • Injuries or falls
  • Bad habits
  • Accidents
  • Pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying something

Symptoms of Back pain

  • Shooting or stabbing pain
  • Pain that worsens with bending, lifting, standing or walking
  • Pain that improves with reclining

  1. Maintain a healthy weight
  2. Daily Exercise
  3. Quit Smoking
  4. Build muscle strength and flexibility.
  5. Stand and Sit Straight
  6. Avoid heavy liftings
  7. Get regular massages
  8. Have a good laugh—with yoga
  9. Change your sleep position.
